Bring a Human Touch to your Events

Packing a Punch with Bespoke Event Information

Delight your Delegates with Branded Event Packs

Online training, conferences and meetings look set to continue for quite some time yet. Now that businesses small and large have embraced the concept and technology, online events are going to remain for the foreseeable future. This would reduce the cost and travel expenses and allow people the opportunity to attend many more events and allow organiser’s access to a much wider audience.

But how do you make your event stand out in the future?

There is one simple but effective way that you can improve and enhance any participants’ involvement and that is by creating bespoke branding information.

Welcome Packs for Virtual Attendees If you want to bring an extra human touch to your event then you can create welcome packs that are mailed in advance to provide extra information or joining instructions. And you can go one step further and create some real impact by providing fun items or goodie bags.

Both of these work equally well for fun events like concerts and conventions, for award ceremonies and celebrations or for training events, team building or induction programmes.

Printed Material

Printed material like speakers’ bios, delegate lists, programmes and sponsor and exhibition material are still an important part of the welcome pack, even for digital events. People can plan their day, or do some advanced reading or preparation if it is a training event. Printed material can bridge that gap between the persona and the virtual event experience.

Reading a physical document reduces the amount of screen time that delegates need to spend in preparation or at the event and allows them to make notes.

You can provide top tips like log in details, how to comment and give feedback, hashtags to follow or people to tag.

Making it Memorable with Branded Goodie Boxes

Imagine the surprise and delight when your trainees or delegates receive a beautifully branded box through the post a few days ahead of your event. You can let your imagination run riot but here are some examples of what works well:

  • A Take a Break pack with reusable drinks cup, tea or coffee and pack of biscuits

  • A Healthy Snack Box with a bottle of water

  • A Celebration Pack with a T-shirt, whistle, hat and party poppers

  • A Party Hamper – everything you need to celebrate Christmas, Easter or a Company anniversary

  • A Getting Social Pack with a branded selfie cut out, T shirt and fun snacks

  • A Desk Set with a mug, coaster and note block

  • A Technology Pack with a branded USB stick, some earbuds or a Bluetooth speaker

  • An Eco Pack with a cotton bag, recycled notebook and pen and bamboo coaster

When it comes to creating a perfect pack for any event, it helps to talk to a professional print buyer who has the experience and contacts to put together a wide variety of items from print to giveaways.

This is very much the type of work that I excel at and two of my clients have kindly provided testimonials for me:

“I asked Nicole to produce ‘on line’ training materials at very short notice at the start of the first lockdown. Nicole designed high quality notebooks and pens with my company logo and added coffee/tea drinks for the on line delegates as well. Nicole listened to my brief, sourced competitive quotations, arranged high quality design, printing and distribution in record time. Nicole always runs the extra mile for her customers and her ideas/innovation provide real cutting edge solutions. I will certainly be using Nicole again for design and print services.” Ann Elliot, EMA

“The Printing Lady helped us provide some Good2Great welcome packs for clients on our new Start Up Programme. We included workbooks, business cards and a wall planner and the response we had was fantastic. Clients were delighted to receive the packs, they said it made them feel more inclusive and much more likely to complete the complete the training that we provided.” Johnny Themans, Director Good2Great
